Kris Humphries‘ divorce from Kim Kardashian may continue to drag on, but the NBA star’s parents, Debra and William, settled matters before their divorce papers were even filed.
Married for 30 years to William Humphries, Debra filed to divorce her Minnesota-based spouse earlier this month, citing an “irretrievable breakdown” in their marriage. Now, TMZ reports that Debra included a settlement agreement also signed by William along with her filing.

Per the couple’s agreement, neither party will be awarded spousal support, though William will retain the family’s Chaska, Minn., home, a BMW, boat and a grand piano. William — who owns several Five Guys burger restaurants in his home state — will pay all attorneys’ fees.
The settlement between Debra and William — also parents to adult daughters Krystal and Kaela — was tidied up much faster than the divorce of their son, whose ex, Kardashian, filed for divorce last October after just 72 days of marriage.

In a mid-August court hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court, Humphries’ lawyer, Marshall Waller, said he has asked for detailed records about Kardashian’s reality shows and depositions with her mother Kris Jenner and boyfriend Kanye West, but claimed they’re not receiving cooperation and it would take a least four more months before they could go to trial.

Arguing Humphries’ marriage to Kardashian was a fraud, Waller intends to prove Kardashian had “no intention of proceeding with this marriage. That it was basically a contrivance for the benefit of her show and to make money.”
